Katie is a proud 4th generation Colorado native and professional home stager with a deep love for design, real estate, and all things comfy and cozy.
As the founder of Styled & Serene Interiors, she specializes in helping homeowners and real estate agents prepare properties for the market through thoughtful, impactful staging. Katie is a certified staging professional and is currently completing her certification in feng shui, which deepens her holistic approach to design and spatial flow.
She is passionate about creating environments that not only photograph beautifully, but feel peaceful, welcoming, and emotionally inviting from the moment someone walks in.
To Katie, staging isn’t just about placing furniture—it’s about telling a story. It’s about showcasing a home’s potential, highlighting its best features, and helping buyers connect on an emotional level. She truly believes that home is more than a place—it’s a feeling.

Jenna Giambrocco - Staging Assistant
Jenna studied Environmental Studies at the University of Colorado Boulder, where she developed a strong appreciation for how our surroundings shape the way we feel and live. With a lifelong love of art and architecture, she’s always been drawn to the balance between beauty and functional spaces.
She grew up working at her family’s garden center, where she learned the value of hard work, creativity, and the power of well-designed outdoor spaces. That experience helped her develop a keen eye for detail and sparked her lasting passion for design.
Home staging allows Jenna to bring all of these influences together—her academic background, artistic instincts, and love for nature—to create spaces that feel intentional, inviting, and emotionally meaningful.
